Great American Steam Locomotive Museum

Open Monday – Saturday 10am-5pm Free Admission. Museum houses handmade steam locomotives made from walnut that had an impact on the growth of American Railroads.  Also home to Cambridge Wooden Toy Co. “Handmade Wooden Toys for the Young and Young at Heart.”

Dickens Victorian Village

Since 1971 Mosser Glass has been committed to manufacturing the highest quality glassware.  A blend of beauty and fine craftsmanship goes into every one of our products. Enjoy a guided tour and experience the glass making process, afterwards shop in our new 2000square foot showroom. Tour hours are Mon-Fri 8am-2pm. Showroom hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Guernsey County History Museum

188 year old, restored 16 room home museum, containing antique furnishings, products and personal items from Guernsey County, including a display of an authentic one-room school house and a life like replica of a coal mine from the 1890’s. Open April through December on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 12 noon to 3pm. Open other times and days by appointment.

National Museum of Cambridge Glass

View a short vintage film that explains the handmade glassmaking process used by The Cambridge Glass Company (1902-1958). Hold the tools used many years ago and see over 8,000 pieces of colorful Cambridge Glass. Visit the museum’s Edna McManus Shepard Education Center to feel the quality of the crystal and do a pencil rubbing from an authentic etching plate. A gift shop is available with genuine Cambridge glass. Open April through October Wednesday-Saturday 9am-4pm. Sunday 12pm-4pm. Admission: $5; Seniors/AAA, $4; and children 12 and under are free.
